MyCashFlow Tools is a cash forecast with no account and no bank login.
The income, expenses, and today’s cash you enter stay on this device. Drawing the table sends the current list only to calculate the forecast. That request is not stored.
You can download a backup file. That file is readable on purpose, so keep it somewhere you control.
An optional encrypted backup can be saved with a recovery code created in your browser. The recovery code is shown once. If you lose it, that backup cannot be opened, and there is no reset. Closing the tab clears the recovery code from memory; paste it again to sync. We cannot read the encrypted backup.
Use nicknames like Pay or Rent. Do not enter a real name, employer, account number, or address unless you choose to.
Clearing this browser’s site data removes the copy on this device. An encrypted backup, if you created one, stays until you delete it with the recovery code.
We do not use analytics or other tracking that can see your forecast entries.
